Data enters pocketCDP via sources. You can use any of our one-click-to-install connectors or send data directly using our API's or SDK's.
You can collect both behavioural data (Events) and user data (Identifications).
Your database is clean thanks to using Event definitions and User property definitions (where you can do a lot more very cool things)
Audiences and automation journeys are built on top and can access the data layer, and orchestrate actions that can be installed using our action marketplace
